Hi developer,

I am trying to use Llava and nanoSAM with ROS2 in your docker, I first build the dustynv/llava:r36.2.0 image, and when I enter a new user, I cannot use cuda anymore, more details on https://forums.developer.nvidia.com/t/normal-user-cannot-use-cuda-device-in-l4t-36-2-docker/315872, please take a look, thanks
