Character Listing Controls are Weird on Computer

The Character album display is pretty weird and unwieldy on a computer browser but makes a lot of sense on phones. I assume eventually we'll have two presentations based on screen width but again making a note so we have it on the books.

Adding movement controls and card carousel/list toggle will address this.
