[REST] Matrix params are not documented properly by Swagger #89

This is because they're nor supported by Swagger at all: OAI/OpenAPI-Specification#69

Have to find some workaround for this issue.

defined as PathParameter with items as MapProperty(StringProperty).. not sure is it relevant replacement or not..
