Unable to create Collaborative Drip List from dedicated flow screen #1488

Reproduce:

If any wallet connected to app, disconnect it
Go to LP
Click "create drip list"
Select collaborative mode

Problem:

You go straight to the connection screen that says "No wallet connected", without the ability to connect a wallet
The "Edit" button next to "No wallet connected" brings you to the drip list editor (which is very wrong!)

Expectation:

You see the "Connect a wallet" step first after selecting collaborative mode
Clicking "Edit" next to the wallet line on subsequent steps brings you back to the Connect a Wallet step
