Adding/editing Services

In the previous version it was possible to add and also re configure services. It seems that it is not possible any more. I cannot find it in the menu or when I search for service. I can see the current services of course.
With that update, it was possible to enable or disable services in specific occasions.

For example configure/enabling/disabling oidc services.
