   - The estimation targets and their ranges can now be saved into a
     file and loaded again.
   
   - Spline interpolation can now be used before optimization.
   
   - The program has been updated and is now based on the new version
     1.4 of the Systems Biology Simulation Core Library and JSBML
     version 1.0β1.
   
   - Support for GARUDA has been added.
   
   
 * Bug fixes:

   - Some errors in the command line mode have been corrected.
