limit number characters for different birth options #620

it will be fun to enchant MAX_ACCOUNT_CHARS setting and to allow to have 1 character for certain mode. eg

normal character
character for force_descend + no_recall (called "Brave" in T)
character for "Ironman" (T zeitnot)

as characters in Brave and Ironman have their own restricted locations, having multiple characters won't lead to cheating :)
