Hi,

I was trying out the new version 3.2.1. I was able to build successfully using xcode 8. When I ran the app on an iOS10 device, the function cordova.plugins.diagnostic.isRemoteNotificationsEnabled worked perfectly.

Then, I tried the same on iOS9, and the function was not working.

Please help.
