It can find amplicons in contiguous sequence only.
However, if either or both of the --primer-bed or --primer-seq options are given, dispr will produce a list of all forward and revcomp primer hits that fulfill the mismatch criteria. Using these primer hits, a bit of contig math could be used to find pairs of contigs that match opposed primers at contig ends.
