This is more of a curiosity question rather than feature request. Is there any reason why the Visual Studio Debugger can't run/debug project types other than console in the Integrated Terminal? Considering how the other major language debugger types (Java and Python comes to mind) can solely rely on the Integrated Terminal, I find it awkward how C# is the only language that can't fully use the Integrated Terminal.
