I'm really curious because I only see the Windows option in the target framework for testing projects. There’s no similar option for web or console projects. I’m thinking maybe we could remove the Windows option to keep it consistent with the other project templates.

We added that support following multiple customer requests that were complaining they couldn't easily create a windows specific test project and had to create the project then edit the TFM.
