Failing build (internal Microsoft link):

    CSC : error AD0001: Analyzer 'Microsoft.CodeQuality.Analyzers.ApiDesignGuidelines.DoNotHideBaseClassMethodsAnalyzer' threw an exception of type 'System.NullReferenceException' with message 'Object reference not set to an instance of an object.'.
