The naked Grain constructor that relies on the RuntimeContext is difficult to emulate / swap out in a testing context.

OrleansContrib/OrleansTestKit#134 describes the problem in more detail

Is it possible to publicize the RuntimeContext in a way that limits abuse and increases testability?
