Not trigger OnNavigatedTo method if using swipe back on iOS

Description

Given user in the second page,
when user try to swipe back to main page,
then code could not trigger the OnNavigatedTo method

Steps to Reproduce

1. Click the "Go" button on MainPage
2. Swipe back to MainPage from SecondPage

Expect:
OnNavigatedTo should be invoked

Actual:
OnNavigatedTo is not be invoked

This issue has been verified Visual Studio Code 1.96.2 (9.0.22 & 9.0.21 & 9.0.14). Can repro this issue on iOS platform.
