Description

Layout - Horizontal grid for DataTemplate page does not display four-row of grid and the content of step3.

Note: The maccatalyst platform needs to enlarge the page to display all the content.

Steps to Reproduce

1.Deploy https://devdiv.visualstudio.com/Pkgs/_git/VS.TestAssets.Xaml?path=/Assets/Projects/ManualMauiTests to iOS simulator.
2.Navigate to 'I CollectionView' ->'I1 Layout' -> 'Horoizontal grid for DataTemplate'.
3.The page display four-row of grid and the content of step3

Expected Behavior:
The page should display four-row of grid and the content of step3.

Not a regression, The issue also repro on 8.0.70& 8.0.3

If you shrink the Windows window, the same problem as MacCatalyst will occur. You cannot scroll down to see Step 3.
