Description
Changing the vertical and horizontal spacing values, images and location are truncated.
For Windows & Android: Vertical grid for HorizontalItemSpacing and VerticalItemSpacing & Horizontal grid for HorizontalItemSpacing and VerticalItemSpacing.
Note: In Windows, when the vertical spacing is set to a large value., this problem will occur.
Steps to Reproduce
1.Deploy https://devdiv.visualstudio.com/Pkgs/_git/VS.TestAssets.Xaml?path=/Assets/Projects/ManualMauiTests to Android/Windows.
2.Navigate to 'I CollectionView' -> 'I2_Spacing' -> 'Vertical grid for HorizontalItemSpacing and VerticalItemSpacing'.
3.Change the vertical & horizontal spacing values and observe the layout changes.
Actual Behavior: Changing the vertical and horizontal spacing values, images and location are truncated.

Expected Behavior:
Change the vertical and horizontal spacing values so that the picture/location is not truncated

Not a regression, The issue also repro on 8.0.61& 8.0.3
