[severity:It bothers me. A fix would be nice]
Making a (partial)screenshot works fine, but with ScreenshotFormat.Png the Quality option has no effect; with .Jpeg it works as expected.

So (e.g.):
await screenShotResult.CopyToAsync(outputStream, ScreenshotFormat.Jpeg, 30); works
await screenShotResult.CopyToAsync(outputStream, ScreenshotFormat.Png, 30); same as 100(%)

File reduction is not possible in .PNG format.

The quality parameter value is only used when the screenshot uses JPEG format. Opened a PR to clarify that in the API documentation.
