Provide trouble-shooting instructions when users get a “Kernelspec [python3] not found” error
“Error: KernelSpec [python] not found.

Please follow these steps to resolve the issue. If you are still having trouble connecting, please create an issue at https://github.com/dotnet/interactive/issues/choose”.
