This is a whole epic that hasn't really been fleshed out right now. Looks like @markwilkie moved it onto the Radar. Do you have some thoughts around what this epic is specifically? It's been a while since we split it out... it's possible we've actually re-merged it.

@danmoseley - this is our placeholder for our ongoing reliability efforts as it continues to be a priority. What's currently unclear is that specifics and how this overlaps with the current devwf "merge on red" efforts. Also, this has the potential of morphing into more of a "it feels like my PRs are taking too long". The next step is to understand what's still needed reliability wise (which we'll know first part of the year w/ our telemetry), then go from there.
