Will it be available on nuget.org someday? Or will it be available forever on the https://dotnetfeed.blob.core.windows.net/dotnet-core/index.json only?

The goal is to have it on Nuget.org eventually, but no specific date on that yet. If you need something in the interim grabbing it from the internal feed or forking the code are fine, we just make no promises that the API we settle on for the eventual release will match what happens to be there now. The current implementation was just something to get our tools boot-strapped.
