The window buttons aren't following the theme

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to 'the menu'
Click on 'Customize'
Click on 'Themes'
Choose 'Fusion'
See error

Expected behavior
The window buttons are supposed to be black/grey
