Describe the bug

Test report not getting generated when the workflow is triggered manually (workflow_dispatch)

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Create a workflow_dispatch triggered type worflow
  2. Run

Expected behavior

Test report should be generated
