Full disclaimer I use linux but I asked if anyone else had this problem and someone with windows confirmed that they did. But thinking about it I actually didn't confirm that we had the same bug. Maybe this is a bad idea but I guess I'll make the bug report anyway.

The visual bug in her mouth is easy to see in photo but not as easy when loading a clean vanilla profile with only CS and the below mods. The bug appears in well lighted conditions. And goes away when unchecking replace original shaders "lighting". AA settings have no effect. No other npcs that I've run into have this visual bug in my game.

I'm on latest steam skyrim 1.6.1170 with latest CS 1.0.2 and nvidia 4060ti

Steps to reproduce:
Download the main file: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/121327?tab=files
Download it's requirement main file: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/19181?tab=files
load my save file:

OR summon her (but she isn't very talkative) with: player.placeatme 02002b6c 1

Get her to open her mouth by talking with her

After sleeping on it I thought of a better way to photograph the bug. I used the freeze function on photomode and also uploaded an after with "lighting" toggled off in cs menu.

I saw mentioned that environment map scale being set at anything other than 0 being the issue with complex material. I thought I'd try and see if this had anything to do with that. I opened up the head nif for this mod and found environment map scale set to 1 in it. After setting it to 0 sure enough the problem goes away. Well that solves that.
