It would be really awesome if JuliaFormatter would also sort imports!

@fredrikekre can we use julia-vscode/LanguageServer.jl#1076 from JuliaFormatter.jl or does it need to be imported separately? I am basically looking for an automated way to do it from the command line or in CI testing.
