Create icons vscode

Would be cool to have icons associated with the different artifact types. That includes:

• - Command
• - Event
• - Aggregate Root
• - Query
• - ReadModel
• - Event Processor
• - Command Handler
• - Policy
• - Validator
• - Business Rule
• - Security
• - Bounded Context
• - Module
• - Feature
• - Event Store

Also to add to this, icons for Modules, Features and Bounded Contexts would be nice aswell
