Public Build Report for Open Source

Lets investigate what we can do for creating a public build report for typically open source projects.

Instead of having to be authenticated and authorized to see the regular build result, would it make sense to just publish this to a public place and ready to be linked directly and viewed from links of badges on GitHub pages and such. This could also be the same thing used for failed pull requests.
