Tell us about your request
Events in Activity Log are ok, but things can get a bit muddy with some of the UI change events as use and the Org grows. I would prefer to manage things declaratively via PRs with clear rollback and merge reviews.

Tell us about the problem you're trying to solve. What are you trying to do, and why is it hard?
Changing things in the UI is messy and while Activity Log is ok for a high level change flow having the chain of events for an incident could take more info than what is in the Log event.

Are you currently working around the issue?
Being precise with UI changes with a lot of double checking. Looked at https://registry.terraform.io/providers/BarnabyShearer/dockerhub/latest/docs but it is missing much of the Org maintenance like settings, teams, etc.
