Docker hace un uso intensivo de la CPU de manera aleatoria, llegando a el uso hasta el 100%, aun cuando no se están ejecutando contenedores.

Steps to reproduce the behavior
run Docker Desktop and wait.
The screenshot corresponds to one of those moments when no container was running but CPU usage was skyrocketing.
So far the solution has been to stop the containers and restart the service.

Issues go stale after 90 days of inactivity.
Mark the issue as fresh with /remove-lifecycle stale comment.
Stale issues will be closed after an additional 30 days of inactivity.
Prevent issues from auto-closing with an /lifecycle frozen comment.
