Kubernetes on Docker for Mac: free(): invalid pointer #5694

  • I have tried with the latest version of Docker Desktop
  • I have tried disabling enabled experimental features
  • I have uploaded Diagnostics
  • Diagnostics ID: 2939202A-C1D1-4292-B115-899E65CF7002/20210517075102

Expected behavior

Kubernetes pods & containers work fine.

Actual behavior

Pod exits with error log free(): invalid pointer.

Information

  • macOS Version: 11.3.1
  • Intel chip or Apple chip: M1
  • Docker Desktop Version: 3.3.3 (64133)

Steps to reproduce the behavior

Run debian:bullseye-slim container with credsStore: "dockerdesktop" in .docker/config.json.

Actually caused by google.cloud Python library, closing for googleapis/python-pubsub#414
