Pressing cancel when changing canvas size reverts canvas to 10x10 #22

Reproduction steps:

Change the canvas to a non-default size (e.g. 8 width, 5 height)
Press cmd-R or open canvas size modal manually
Press cancel

The canvas will then be set to 10x10 even though no changes should occur.
