Brainstorming steps / tasks for Dockstore compatibility (and by extension, WES compatibility). Can iterate here as needed.

[ ] Conformance test / expected output
[ ] Checker workflow
[ ] Checker tool/task (optional)
[ ] Dockerized task(s) (optional)
[ ] Provide public inputs (e.g., not dx://)
