Some CRAB popularity reports not using CMS sitename?

The CRAB popularity contains entries with sitenames not following the CMS naming scheme for some sites.
This is visible in particular for T2_CH_CUNSTDA (CMS name) where many reports have T2-TH-CUNSTDA (GOCDB name of the same site):

But it potentially affects also other sites; for example in CMS_POPULARITY_SYSTEM.MV_block_stat0_aggr_12_months I see at least the following non-CMS sitenames:
