why is it only working with the ones in the same network. I even tried the demo with one laptop in LAN and other in Wifi it doesn't show the other mouse.

Trystero uses WebRTC for peer connections which requires a TURN server to be reliable across networks. You'll need to set up a TURN server and configure Trystero to use it (see rtcConfig here).
