Take https://github.com/dmlc/xgboost/runs/4589165334?check_suite_focus=true as an example,

CI will build the xgboost library twice for Test XGBoost4j and Test XGBoost4j-Spark.

Would be great if you can manage the cut the cost of Jenkins, GPU tests are quite expensive.
