Weird bug when create new task

I followed these steps:
Create new task -> Input any title -> Choose status: done -> add description: any text (not checklist) -> add start and due time -> Choose a recurrence -> Save.

After that the app will create 10 000 tasks in the list. I spent a couple of days to solve this problem but failed. Please help me with this bug. Thank you so much!
