Push an image to Docker Hub from this repo as it is far more up-to-date than the recommended one in the README #22

The developer of the Dockerfile will live on in infamy thanks to his commits, but as this fork has continued to improve without a push to Docker Hub many users may not get those improvements or even know about them.

The Dockerfile was originally created by @ksylvan in #6, #7. I don't have access to push to https://hub.docker.com/r/kayvan/vipaccess/.

@ksylvan, could you push a more recent image? More ambitiously, we could add "automated deployment to Docker Hub" as part of the Travis-CI build automation; that'd be swell.

For now, I've removed the Dockerfile info from the README (in 0d70e2e), because it's obsolete. 🤷‍♂️

Hi guys. I only spent enough time on this some time ago to make it work for me. I'll look at and push an updated image this weekend.

I can look at making it an automated build as well.
