Hello.
I want to install IrcDDBGateway on the computer already running ICOM G3 gateway for F5ZFY D-Star repeater.
The OS is CentOS 7.
Do I need to follow the "Linux Compile Instructions" on the Wiki (CentOS 7 - Install developer tools...) and then build code from source ?
I'm sorry, but I don't know much about Linux (and centOS), and I need help...
Thanks in advance !
Fabrice, F5HCC.

The way described is the right way to compile ircddbgateway.
keep in mind that you have to install a new version of WXwidgets becouse centos7 standard hase version 2.8
G3 and ircddbgateway can coexist but at this moment i dont know how to. as like you i'm also "blind" in the linux world but reading stuf will get you there, it did for me.

Hi again !

OpenDV repository is no longer maintained, we need now to install from G4KLX repository on GitHub.
Can someone tell me exactly what I should type to install from the new repository ?
Sorry, I'm not more proficient in CentOS than 3 years ago !!!

Hello.

I am still looking for help to install IRCDDBGateway on a CentOS 7 system...
What should I do with the content of GitHub g4klx/ircDDBGateway to install with the instructions ("make" , "sudo make install") ?
Clone the folder on the computer ("git clone...") ?
Thank you for helping !
