Review UBHD implementation

Our implementation of the current specs (the unstable version after 1-alpha) is almost finished. I'm sure there are still some issues and bugs; any help in spotting them would be greatly appreciated! The base url is https://digi.ub.uni-heidelberg.de/editionService/dts/ .

The parameters for page, tree and mediaType aren't really implemented as we only have 0 or 1 citation trees and a single output format at the moment, but the rest is hopefully up to standard.
