summary of multiple chats. "I go to the shipments overview page and the chat widget notifies me that there are '10 new messages in 3 chats'." It'd be really cool to be able to use that info to make UI decisions as well, like show a read/unread dot next to each shipment, or float shipments to the top of the list by default if they have unread messages.
