Hello,
this is a really nice colorpicker but I think that a couple of options on init could be of use:

enable/disable alpha
popup dimensions
triggers on events to attach actions

For anyone still interested: I rewrote this library and fixed a few things:

Multiple instances
Touch support
Enable/disable alpha
.setColor()
Inline styles -> CSS for easier customization
