Steps to reproduce:

Install HAP Encoder

Issue

Hap encoder doesn't show up as an option

Same here, I suspect it is an M1 issue. I'm using M1 Pro on Media Encoder 2022 and getting the same problem.

Rosetta mode should sovlve this, until native m1 support.

Late to the party but this is still an issue. Looks like no work has been done on this plugin since 2021
