Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
when managing the bot queue, it would be useful to know when a specific bot got added to it. (e.x 72 hours after it was submitted, we open a ticket for problems).

Describe the solution you'd like
a small timestamp on each bot's div in the queue

Describe alternatives you've considered
command + f in site-logs. pretty useless when discord's search feature decides to not work sometimes

Additional context
Add any other context or screenshots about the feature request here.
