Detect files that need to be uploaded without having to specify

Right now a user has to do ./pantri_but_go upload file1 file2 [...] to upload a file and generate .pfile metadata. We should add a feature to automatically upload any non-uploaded files yet:

./pantri_but_go upload --all or something
