Python 3.7 has reached EOL for AWS Lambda

I got a notification from AWS that Python 3.7 has reached End Of Life for AWS Lambda.

The python version should be upgraded.

Actually, I just upgraded the module, and that upgraded the python runtime! I should have checked. Looks like it was already upgraded. Though, I noticed that one of the CI things still uses python 3.7. I'll leave this issue open for now, just to note that maybe there's some minor cleanups related to this.
