e.g. https://github.com/dimo414/docker/pkgs/container/utf8 should display https://github.com/dimo414/docker/blob/master/utf8/README.md but instead is linked to https://github.com/dimo414/docker/blob/master/README.md. It's also possible the linked README isn't updated when the image is updated, but I haven't verified that.

Notes:

https://github.com/docker/build-push-action#inputs (doesn't appear to provide a way to configure the readme)
Update Readme and description with push on Docker hub docker/build-push-action#21 suggests this is a known issue

feature request: provide way to update a repo's description and full_description docker/hub-tool#172 (comment)
Setting org.opencontainers.image.source or other labels doesn't seem to do anything
