Settings/ "Experiments" button not clickable

Description:
By default the P2P Upgrades feature is turned off. You will need to go to the Mapeo Settings screen, and under "Experimental " turn it on. Currently the "Experiments" button doesn't work, it used to work when the feature was QAed

Expected behavior:
Video
User clicks on "Experiments"
User is taken to the P2P Upgrade activation page
User can click to opt-in or out of the feature
User can click the back arrow to go back to Settings
