long maxSize = this.currentConfiguration.getAccessLogMaxSize();
DateFormat date = new SimpleDateFormat("yyyy-MM-dd-ss");
String newAccessLogName = accesslogPath + "-" + date.format(new Date());

Access log rotation only considers data + seconds.
You must also include the hour and minutes.
