Once I installed conda, I ran the following:

mkdir web4all
cd web4all/

conda create -n lab -c conda-forge --override-channels nodejs cookiecutter git
source activate lab

conda install -c conda-forge notebook nb_conda_kernels
git clone https://github.com/diagram-codesprint/jupyterlab.git # or [email protected]:diagram-codesprint/jupyterlab.git
git clone https://github.com/diagram-codesprint/phosphor.git # or [email protected]:diagram-codesprint/phosphor.git

cd jupyterlab/
pip install -e .
jlpm install
jlpm run build
jlpm run build:core
jupyter lab build

jupyter lab --dev-mode

jlpm run build:test
jlpm test
