Having to write prelude.`Text`, prelude.`Optional`, etc is not particularly great. It's already caused confusion (dhall-lang/dhall-haskell#489) and, for me, having to explicitly mention this in the tutorial (dhall-lang/dhall-haskell#495) is a sign that maybe we should consider renaming these.
