Even if we moved it to dhall-lang?

Yeah, I will just add the same BSD 3 license to dhall-lang and that will cover the Prelude now that it's moved into that repository

Thinking more about it, I think for legal reasons it is a good idea to have a license here anyways (no license = copyright), but IANAL
